Mission Statement
tyBit® provides a unified search for information online indexing multiple engines and data sources delivering fast and relevant search results. tyBit® is the only solution for Internet search that eliminates click fraud and provides itemized billing for advertising dollars spent.
Management Team
The tyBit® management team is diverse, experienced, and competent – it is made up of members of the longstanding AIT, Inc. management team, primarily made up of military veterans to include Clarence E. Briggs, who was also voted Entrepreneur of the year for North Carolina over many candidates located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP). Operating a successful, profitable and growing business enterprise in the network economy presents a unique set of challenges. Briggs and his team met these challenges and achieved success where many have failed by developing a unique business doctrine and managerial process that takes advantage of centralized planning and technology coupled with decentralized execution.
Briggs and his team understand the business battlefield and how to operate successfully in the web industry. tyBit® management is experienced, consisting of former military officers and non-commissioned officers, many of whom have lead hundreds even thousands of personnel and managed millions of dollars in resources.

Clarence E. Briggs III, Chairman, CEO and PresidentBriggs founded AIT in 1996 and tyBit® in 2006 ten years later. Through his strategic vision and focus on customer service, AIT has grown to become one of the world's largest privately held and profitable web hosting providers. Briggs is the recipient of several local and national awards for economic achievement as an entrepreneur. Briggs has served for several years on the Board of Directors for the Reeves School of Business at Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina and is a member of Board of Trustees for the Fayetteville Technical Community College Foundation. He is a member of the Fayetteville Area Economic Development Corporation and the Chamber of Commerce. For several years, Briggs was on the board of the Fayetteville Partnership, a community economic development agency. Prior to starting AIT, Briggs served as an infantry officer in the United States Army for 12 years, reaching the rank of major. His military service includes duty during Operation Just Cause in Panama and Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf. Briggs graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska/Lincoln and was the Distinguished Military Graduate. He later earned an M.A. in Strategic Studies and Public Policy Analysis from The Ohio State University. Briggs has published several articles and one book on leadership, and another book on his Army experience in Panama. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, and holds a secret security clearance. Briggs began his entrepreneurial sojourn as a 12 year old boy raising chickens and working on the commercial fishing docks at the Port of Galilee, Rhode Island. Hobbies include coaching wrestling, outdoor activities and reading. |

Kitti Jo Finch – General ManagerFinch is a creative and versatile sales executive with fifteen years experience in selling technology applications and management solutions. She is skilled at building effective, productive working relationships with clients and staff and possesses excellent management, negotiation and public relations skills. She is a former Sprint sales executive and earned the Sprint President Club Award for highest sales achievement three times. She is experienced with government contracting, the educational vertical market and commercial sales in North Carolina. Kitti Jo earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Fayetteville State University in 1994. She is a Cisco CCNA, Cisco IP Communications Specialist and Cisco Certified Sales Expert. She is skilled in Microsoft Dynamics. Additional skills include LAN/WAN, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, Ethernet Services, Point of Sale, Ecommerce, Security Appliances, Cisco VOIP and Nortel PBX systems. She is the elected secretary for the Professional Women of Fayetteville 2007, the Vice President of the Fayetteville Chapter for Kids Voting of North Carolina.
